If standard helmet sizes leave you short of room, start with a shell sized for you. The FAST SF Extra-Large ABS Tactical Helmet is designed for a 60–64cm head circumference, pairing an ultra-high-cut profile with a choice of vented or solid-shell styling.

Get your fit right, arrange your patches and build your preferred accessory layout. At a listed 710g ± 50g, this model gives you an extra-large tactical platform for outdoor training, gear displays and tactical styling without presenting it as ballistic protection.

🪖 Made for Larger Head Circumferences

This extra-large model is intended for head circumferences of 60–64cm. Extra-large describes its fit range, not a standardized XL size designation. Measure around your forehead and the widest part of your head before ordering, and account for anything you plan to wear underneath. Head shape and interior padding can affect the final fit.

🌬️ Vented or Solid: Choose Your Shell

Choose the vented version for openings across the crown that allow airflow, or the solid-shell version for a continuous exterior without ventilation holes. Both use the listed 3.5mm ABS construction. This choice changes the shell layout, not a certified protection rating.

🔧 Build Around Your Accessories

The ultra-high-cut sides leave space around the ears for compatible communication headset setups. Side rails provide mounting interfaces for compatible accessories, while the front shroud supports a compatible NVG mounting assembly. Exterior hook-and-loop panels offer places for identification patches and other compatible attachments.

🧩 Padded Interior and Adjustable Straps

The interior shown features a double-layer lining with an eight-piece foam pad layout. Adjustable straps let you position the chin strap and refine the fit around your head. Set up the padding and straps before wearing the helmet with additional accessories.
