Our products (ballistic helmets, body armor, and tactical equipment) are intended for lawful professional use only, including military, law enforcement, and security personnel. By purchasing, you confirm that:

- You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including export control regulations (ITAR, EAR, and UN arms embargoes)
- You will not resell or transfer products to prohibited parties or sanctioned countries
Kevra Defense reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate export control laws.
3. Products & Orders
- All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion
- OEM and custom orders are subject to separate agreements and minimum order quantities (MOQ)
- Colors and finishes may vary slightly from images shown on the website
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
- Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped
- We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or bank charges
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders over $399 qualify for free shipping (domestic)
- International shipping is available via DHL Express and USPS
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or force majeure events
- The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier
6. Returns & Refunds

- Custom and OEM orders are non-refundable
- Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging
